Building an Effective Case for Court

Proving cohabitation is not always a simple process. If you haven't already, we recommend that you read our page on Building an Effective Case for Court.

48 Hours Over 1 Month

Carlisle Detectives have two cohabitation packages for this time frame. You can choose from either our 48 or 36 hour packages.

Surveillance would be carried out in the first week over four mornings and then repeated on the same evenings. The objective is to record the subject exiting the property to travel to work in the morning and returning to the address in the evening.

Surveillance is suspended in the second week and in the third week surveillance would resume in the same way as the first week but on different days, e.g. If surveillance was carried out previously on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday then further surveillance would be carried out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Carlisle Detectives advise that the surveillance is carried out at the beginning and end of the month to show the judge that this is an ongoing thing and not just a ‘one off’.

Reports are presented in accepted formats for all courts and the Child Maintenance Service. We can supply you with agent witness statements to add weight to your case.

This Package Includes:

  • 48 hours surveillance over 1 month period
  • Highly trained and experienced agents
  • Dedicated Case Manager
  • Full written report
  • Affidavit when required
  • Photographic stills
  • Secure online portal
  • Fully equipped surveillance vehicles
