Pre-Employment Polygraph

Pre-Employment Polygraph

Male and female examiners / APA accredited

Ensure you are employing the right person for the job with our Pre-Employment Polygraph service.

Qualify Potential Employees

Pre-employment polygraph testing is a standard recruitment procedure for many of the police and governmental bodies in the United States and Canada. The use of the polygraph by companies in the UK is now rapidly increasing.

The use of a polygraph during the recruitment stage allows companies to protect themselves from potential harm. This could be caused by allowing an inappropriate candidate into a position where they could have access to sensitive data, control of assets or contact with vulnerable people.

Why put your business at risk by employing someone who could be detrimental or duplicitous to the company? Trust is an important factor in any business – large or small – and it is vital that new employees can be trusted to have the background they say they have.

Pre-employment testing consists of a comprehensive pre-employment security interview into areas such as education, work history, drinking and gambling habits, finance, misconduct, morality and illegal drug use.

Applicants know the questions they will be asked and a post-test interview can be included if necessary.
